Digital downloads & printing
How do digital downloads work?
Every Goddard Prints listing is a digital file, not a posted print. After you complete checkout on Etsy you can download the artwork immediately from your Etsy account.
What sizes will I receive?
Each listing includes multiple high-resolution sizes so you can choose a frame that suits the wall. Check the listing description on Etsy for the exact size set for that design.
How should I print my artwork?
Print at home on good-quality paper, or send the file to a favourite print service or local shop. A simple frame in light wood or a pale mount often suits the collection.
Do you send physical prints?
Not at the moment. The shop is digital-only, which keeps the prints affordable and means you can print as soon as you have downloaded the files.
Why might the colours look different?
Screens and printers all show colour a little differently. For the closest match, use a print service that handles photographic or giclée work, and preview the file before you order a large print.
Can I use a print commercially?
These designs are for personal use in your own home unless a listing says otherwise. Please do not resell the files or printed copies. Ask via Etsy if you have a special request.
What about refunds?
Digital downloads are subject to Etsy’s policies and the shop policies on the listing. If a file will not download or something looks wrong, get in touch through Etsy and Charlotte will help.
